Six Benefits of a Traineeship
Are you thinking of doing a traineeship? That’s some smart thinking on your part. Here, we explain the multiple benefits you’ll gain from undergoing on-the-job study with h&h.
LEARN ON THE JOB
A traineeship allows you to continue working while you learn, which means you don’t have to sacrifice your income stream for study. What could be more ideal?
h&h offers seven days a week support via email or Facebook messenger and via the telephone during the week. We also have classes on Saturday, so if there is anything you feel you are struggling with, or you need to catch up on something, you are welcome to attend a Saturday class at no extra cost.
A traineeship allows you to grow in your current role with your studies, as well as giving you a mentorship via your employer and the h&h trainer that is leading your course. Not only will they support you, but your trainer will come and visit you at your workplace at regular intervals to see how you are doing.
AVAILABLE ACROSS ALL COURSES
Whether you’re studying child, disability or aged care, or you’re studying business, we have Traineeships available. So, you can continue with your work and study to advance your career at the same time.
STRESS FREE STUDY
Typically, traineeship fees are much less than in-classroom training, and payment plans are provided to create a stress-free opportunity for you to learn. On top of that, your workplace will allow for three hours of paid study time each week.
An h&h staff member will come out and support you with the enrolment process, making sure that there is little for you to worry about when signing up!
