Traineeships are a great opportunity to be paid whilst working within an industry.
It enables each person to gain knowledge and skills, and work towards a qualification. The training contracts combine work-based training with an employer and formal training with h&h Accredited Training.
There is a training contract developed between the student, the organisation, h&h and NSW State Training. This is completed onsite with a representative from Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS).
h&h Accredited Training offer traineeships under all the qualifications we train in being – Business, Early Childhood Education and Care, Aged Care, Disability Specialisation and Community Services. They can be completed under full-time or part-time employment contracts. Not all learners enjoy sitting classroom style delivery, so why not try the hands-on industry experience you will receive as a traineeship student.
A NSW Smart and Skilled traineeship is a fantastic hands-on experience in a person’s chosen field. It’s a great way to bridge the gap between education and the workforce!
Not only do students gain valuable work experience, but they also earn a wage while they learn, helping to ease any financial pressures. It’s the perfect solution for students who want to balance studying with earning money, all while building skills that will serve them throughout their career.
The traineeship also offers accredited qualifications that are recognised by employers, ensuring that your credentials are highly valued in the job market. Plus, the training is tailored to meet industry needs, so students gain practical, relevant skills that will open doors for further study or advanced qualifications in the future.
