h&h offers wide-ranging technological support to our students, ensuring a seamless learning experience. We provide access to student laptops and FREE Wi-Fi throughout our college campus, along with convenient printing and photocopying services.
Our onsite IT assistance is always available to help troubleshoot any concerns, while instructional and induction videos offer valuable guidance for navigating our resources. What does the Coordinator do?
Your Coordinator plays a vital role throughout the duration of your course, offering support to ensure you have the guidance needed for success on your learning journey.
Coordinators offer advice on pathways to successful course completion and facilitate open, constructive communication between you and your Trainer/Assessor. They also assist with work placement documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into the practical environment.
Our Coordinators are onsite at our college campus from Monday to Saturday. You can connect with your Coordinator via phone or email for any assistance including technological support in navigating our learner platforms.
Your Trainer/Assessor is on hand to support and to enhance your learning experience throughout your course, fostering a supportive atmosphere where you can thrive.
Our Trainer/Assessors provide onsite training for safe practices, as well as sourcing suitable work placements and conduct pre-placement practice exercises to prepare you for real-world scenarios.
They work closely with you to create tailored study plans and can modify assessments to accommodate your individual learning needs. With options for one-on-one or group support, our Trainer/Assessors are available via Zoom, phone or email as well as being onsite from Monday to Saturday.

Upon completion of your course, your Trainer/Assessors will sit down with you to address any gaps or outstanding work to complete prior to graduation.When it comes time to graduate, graduation ceremonies at h&h are a fantastic way to celebrate your and your fellow classmates’ achievements!
Your Trainer/Assessor will facilitate your graduation ceremony, complete with gowns and caps. You’ll also receive your Certificate, marking a significant milestone in your professional development.Aside from the formalities, graduation is a time to indulge in cake and take the opportunity to share stories of your journey together. It’s a memorable day of recognition, laughter, and celebration of your bright future ahead!
Following graduation your Trainer/Assessor will be readily available to assist you with various aspects of your career journey, including resume and cover letter writing, ensuring you present your best self to potential employers. They can guide you in job searching and provide references or act as a trainer referee.
