The qualification reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow individualised plans, provide person-centres support to people who may require assistance due to disability, ageing or some other reason.
This brand new Certificate III in Individual Support qualification supersedes CHC30408 – Certificate III in Disability.

Recognition of Prior Learning / Credit Transfer
All students are entitled to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and/or Credit Transfer (CT). Please ask for a copy of the RPL/CT Application Form should this apply to you.
RPL is an assessment process that assesses an individual’s non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes, or standards for entry to, and/or partial or total completion of, a qualification.
CT assesses the initial qualification or unit that an individual is using to claim access to, or the award of credit in, a destination course. The assessment determines the extent to which the client’s initial qualification or unit is equivalent to the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes, or standards in a qualification.
Please note that H&H recognises AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
This qualification is suitable for those students already working in the disability industry and want to take the next step in their career in the Disability sector. This course will broaden the knowledge you already and get you prepared for roles where you may be managing and/or supervising others.
This qualification supersedes CHC40312 Certificate IV in Disability.
